|Inauguration of Slovakia's Largest Smart Battery Storage Facility
According to SITA, Slovakia's largest smart battery storage facility (2.7 megawatts) was inaugurated in Banska Bystrica at the end of February. Operated by Fuergy, the facility provides certified and non-certified support services to SEPS (Slovak Electricity Transmission System), aiming to reduce approximately 361 tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year. The conservative estimated payback period for investment is 3.5 years, with a battery lifespan of 15 years and an annual battery aging rate of 1.5 to 2%.

|Ministry of Environment Certifies 2 Environmental Education Facilities
The Ministry of Environment of Taiwan recently convened an environmental education certification review meeting, where "The Luan Mountain Forest Cultural Museum" and "Kinmen County Lieyu Township Environmental Education Park" were certified as Environmental Education Facilities.

"The Luan Mountain Forest Cultural Museum," located in Yanping Township, Taitung County, features the indigenous Bunun culture and promotes respect for the land and its residents' environmental and ethical principles through experiential and interactive activities. The "Kinmen County Lieyu Township Environmental Education Park" focuses on environmental education with Lieyu Nanshan Basalt Coast as its central theme. In addition to enhancing visitors' basic understanding of rocks, it also addresses the urgent issue of global warming-induced sea level rise.
