MOEA Announces the Proposal to Designate Hydrogen Fuel as an Energy Source under the Energy Management Act

　　On 21st April 2023 the MOEA issued an announcement, previewing the establishment of "designating hydrogen fuel as the energy source under Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the Energy Management Act." This announcement was made in accordance with Article 154, Paragraph 1 of the Administrative Procedure Act.

　　Simultaneously, the MOEA also announced channels for public opinions and amendment suggestions. Anyone who has any opinions or suggestions for revision regarding the announcement may submit their comments within 60 days from the day following the publication in the official gazette or contact the following:
