Credit Agricole S.A. Announces Discontinuation of Funding for Fossil Fuel Extraction
Credit Agricole S.A., one of France's largest banks, has declared it will no longer provide loans to any new fossil fuel extraction projects and will selectively support businesses responding to calls for energy transition.


U.K. and Australia Sign MoU to Promote Energy Transition and Securit
On December 21, U.K. Export Finance (UKEF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Export Finance Australia (EFA) to deepen cooperation in areas of mutual interest. This MoU builds on their strong relationship and enhances collaboration in energy transition, infrastructure, and the evolving domain of secure supply chains.


Public-Private Collaboration for Carbon Reduction: Tree Planting Initiative in Jiading Wetland, Kaohsiung City
In alignment with the central government's 2050 net-zero emissions goal, the Kaohsiung City Public Works Department facilitated a collaboration between the "i-plant-trees" initiative and corporate groups to plant over 8,000 native coastal plants in Jiading Wetland. This effort contributes significantly to mitigating global warming and fostering an environmentally friendly habitat.
