The least popular was the "Commercial Zone 2" land of 588 pings in Kaohsiung's Zhongdu area, which remained unattractive due to height restrictions.

Entertainment tax has shown a recovery post-pandemic. According to statistics from the Ministry of Finance, the entertainment tax reached NT$860 million in the first five months of this year, setting a record for the same period in previous years.
