ETICA Technology and Shell Form Strategic Partnership to Advance Safer and Scalable BESS Immersion Cooling Technology
ETICA Battery Inc. ("ETICA") announced today (December 10) that it has formally established a strategic partnership with Shell U.K. Limited ("Shell") to jointly develop and promote advanced immersion cooling technologies for next-generation battery energy storage systems (BESS). The two parties officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the Shell Partnerships Powering Progress event, held from December 5 to 7, 2025, in Abu Dhabi in conjunction with the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

HD Renewable Energy Posts NT$802 Million in November Revenue as Australia Templers Energy Storage Project Reaches Commercial Operation
HD Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. ("HDRE"), a leading smart energy company, announced consolidated revenue of NT$802 million for November 2025. As of November, cumulative revenue for 2025 reached NT$7.144 billion, driven primarily by the progressive recognition of materials and engineering works for energy storage projects, solar PV installations, and fishery and electricity symbiosis developments across Taiwan, as well as power trading under electricity wheeling arrangements.

Presidential Office Expresses Appreciation to U.S. President Trump for Signing the Taiwan Assurance Implementation Act
The Presidential Office extends its sincere appreciation to United States President Donald Trump, who on December 2 (US EST) formally signed the Taiwan Assurance Implementation Act, which stipulates that the US Secretary of State shall conduct a review of the Department of State's guidance that governs relations with Taiwan, including related documents, and reissue such guidance not less than every five years, as well as submit an updated report to Congress not later than 90 days after completing the review.
