　　The second issue of《EnergyOMNI 全・能源》explores the importance of energy management and allocations under the net-zero scheme. The outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian war has changed the business model of the global supply chain and people's view on energy entirely. Facing the dual pressure of war and pandemic, Italian ambassador Davide Giglio shares his perspective that the key to the country's sustainable development is energy security and a proper energy-mix policy. Given the global circumstances, Ørsted has even set up an ambitious goal of being carbon neutral. Taiwan general manager Christy Wang shares how Ørsted achieves environmental sustainability through positive action.

　　In Taiwan, the pandemic and the change in the global supply chain indirectly brought new challenges to Taiwan's offshore wind farm development. When the first-class foreign working vessels no longer consider Taiwan their priority market. Given the lack of transparent regulations, information asymmetry, and pan-politicized operation premise, how do companies and governments successfully meet the 2026 renewable energy goals?
