Born in Taipei, Professor Kai-Tung Ma holds a Ph.D. from U.C. Berkeley and teaches at National Taiwan University currently. Recognized as a Yushan fellow by the Ministry of Education and a fellow of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers in the U.S., Professor Ma brings a wealth of expertise to his field. With previous experience in the oil and gas industry, providing engineering support for offshore projects, Kai-Tung Ma has also authored textbooks and published numerous academic papers.
|Comic Illustrator/Yin-Fu
A comic artist hailing from Tainan, Taiwan, who had clinched the top prize in a renowned competition organized by Yoshimoto Kogyo in Japan. Ying-Fu has published his remarkable creations, including such as "Puppet," "Waker," and "Meow-mystic Emissary of Wonder."

Alex, a talented 3D computer animator from Taoyuan, is a Tainan National University of the Arts graduate. He currently serves as the Director of Timeline Visual Creative Studio. Alex's exceptional 3D Animation "Magical Painting" has garnered numerous prestigious awards, while his remarkable film "Approach the Palace Treasure," created for the National Palace Museum, achieved a gold award at the esteemed Houston International Film Festival.

Candy Lin, a Project Manager, holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Macquarie University in Sydney. Currently, she is pursuing a master's degree in law and accounting at Chung Cheng University. With a background in offshore wind and port dredging projects, Candy has actively participated in early development projects in the United States and New Zealand.
|Technical Consultancy/Joe Chang
Joe Chang, the Site Manager for the SGRE Greater Changhua Project at Siemens Gamesa. Previously, he served as the Manager of Underwater Foundations at Ørsted and worked as a Client Representative for T&I. With his expertise as a Senior Welding Inspector certified by the American Welding Society, as well as his knowledge as a Surface Treatment and Corrosion Control Inspector.
|Technical Consultancy/Lester Hsu
Lester Hsu, a Turbine Installation Supervisor at Vestas Taiwan, holds a Master's degree from the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the National Taiwan Ocean University. His experience includes marine transportation of a metocean tower, turbine pre-assembly for the Formosa 1 demonstration project, and serving as a client representative for Ørsted and CIP.
|Technical Consultancy/Rick Chen
Rick Chen, the Grid-Connection Engineering Director at Copenhagen Offshore Wind Power Company, is a Taipei native with a Ph.D. from National Taiwan University. Rick is a member of the Energy and Environment Committee of the Chinese Institute of Engineers and serves as an adjunct assistant professor at Feng Chia University. Prior to his current position, he gained valuable experience working at Sinotech for many years and has published numerous academic papers.

A Ph.D. student at National Taiwan University, originally from Ukraine, is pursuing his doctoral degree. His research centers around the structural design of a semi-submersible platform called TaidaFloat. Alongside his academic pursuits, he also enjoys converting scientific data into fun arts

Wen-Luen Chen was born in Yilan, Taiwan. Master from National Taiwan University. Working at NTU Energy Research Center and Dept. of Engineering Science and Ocean Engineering. She has a passion for education and a keen interest in science. With years of experience in personnel training programs related to science and technology, his journey has taken him from urban areas to remote areas, spanning from Taiwan to different parts of the world.
