CSBC Corporation Taiwan, also known as CSBC, recently underwent a change in leadership. Former Chairman Wen-Lon Cheng officially stepped down on the 19th, and Cheng-Hung Huang took over as the new Chairman on the 28th. Chairman Cheng-Hung Huang has set out strategies and solutions in 5 key areas: "Global Economic Challenges and Supply Chain Management," "Technological and Product Innovation," "Financial and Capital Management," "Human Resources and Organizational Management," and "Government and Social Cooperation."
In response to global economic challenges, CSBC plans to strengthen supply chain management by reducing dependency on single suppliers and enhancing supply chain resilience and adaptability through AI technology. Additionally, the company will adopt long-term contract strategies to mitigate price fluctuations in key equipment and raw materials while actively expanding into international markets to achieve diversification.
Regarding technological and product innovation, CSBC has announced its continued investment in developing eco-friendly fuel vessels to meet the global shipping industry's demand for green solutions. The company will also advance the development of intelligent ships by leveraging automation and digitalization technologies to enhance competitiveness and will collaborate with academic institutions to explore the application of AI and big data technologies in modern shipbuilding.

In its financial management strategy, CSBC has stated that, with regulatory approval, it could issue corporate bonds or conduct capital increases to strengthen its capital base. The company will also enhance financial forecasting and risk management to ensure financial stability. CSBC plans to bolster internal audit and control functions to make timely adjustments to subsidiary operations and to maintain overall financial health. On the human resources and organizational front, the company emphasizes the importance of employee skill enhancement and labor-management harmony, promoting internal training and external exchanges, and optimizing the organizational structure.
