Forms Partnership with Tech-Top Engineering to Capture Southeast Asia's Net-Zero Market Potential

HD Renewable Energy (HDRE) has expanded its global workforce to 416 employees and initiated an organizational upgrade, restructuring into six core departments to serve as the operational backbone supporting its three major business units.
HD Renewable Energy(HDRE), a leading smart energy brand, today announced a major organizational upgrade to support its expanding operations across Taiwan, Japan, Australia, and the Philippines, with overseas development targets reaching up to 6 GW. In response to its rapid growth, HDRE has reorganized into six core divisions, designed to fully support its three main business groups: power services, asset management, and renewable energy engineering and development. The upgrade aims to enhance global operational efficiency and build stable revenue streams. Additionally, HDRE has invested in Tech-Top Engineering, a provider of integrated MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) system services, with the two companies joining forces to explore the blue ocean market of solar EPC in Southeast Asia.
Jason Chou, General Manager of HDRE, stated: "With the ongoing liberalization and privatization of the electricity market, HDRE, is committed to the goal of 'net-zero emissions and 24/7 green power.' We continue to evolve in response to market and customer needs. Starting from solar development and EPC, we've built out an O&M and asset platform business model. Now, we are advancing into an integrated Power Bank model that encompasses power generation, retail, aggregation, and energy trading operations. The global momentum toward energy transition and smart power systems presents a vast international opportunity that drives our continued growth."
As HDRE's business footprint expands, so does its workforce. As of July 31, 2025, the company employs 416 people worldwide, a nearly 20% increase year-over-year, reflecting the organizational momentum behind its growing operations. To support multi-regional operations, HDRE, is now structured into six key divisions: Power Engineering & Development, Financial Analysis & Operations, Marketing & Business Value, Equipment Sales & Branding, Smart Software Development and Overseas Business Expansion.
These six divisions will integrate professional capabilities and share group-wide resources to serve as the operational backbone of the company's three business groups. This new structure enhances organizational resilience and decision-making efficiency, driving the company's sustainable development with both stability and innovation as it expands globally.
The Renewable Energy Development & Engineering business group is particularly strengthened by the addition of Tech-Top Engineering. In December 2024, HDRE decided to invest in Tech-Top Engineering and currently holds an 11.2% stake. Established in 1993 and listed on Taiwan's emerging stock board in 2019, Tech-Top Engineering specializes in MEP integration and system design, with a proven track record in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, and India. Moving forward, HDRE, and Tech-Top Engineering will jointly explore EPC opportunities in Southeast Asia, leveraging each other's strengths to achieve strategic synergy and win-win outcomes.
